Office ManagerDayana’s passion for serving others shines brightly at The Monarch Community. She began her journey here as an administrative intern while completing her Bachelor of Science in Health with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Houston (graduating May 2023). This dedication to continuous learning extends even further as she now pursues a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University. Dayana’s commitment extends far beyond her title, however. She seamlessly transitioned into a full-time administrative assistant role, and her responsibilities encompass much more than the typical tasks. Dayana prioritizes daily interaction and support for both staff and residents, believing that a seamless administrative environment directly enhances the quality of care provided. Her approachable demeanor and proactive approach are highly valued, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for everyone at The Monarch Community.
