During her academic journey, Kendall interned at prominent residential treatment centers specializing in minors with sexually-related behavior issues, trauma, and emotional disorders. Her experience includes co-leading process groups, assisting in administrative functions, and fostering meaningful relationships with residents. Upon graduation, Kendall transitioned seamlessly into a full-time role as a Case Manager at Shaunty Healing Center, where her passion for patient advocacy and compassionate care shone through. In recognition of her dedication, Kendall served as the Case Management Director, overseeing comprehensive care strategies. Currently, at Monarch Community, Kendall excels as a Program Manager, leading a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents across various levels of care.
